For some time I've been feeling like I don't do enough with my time.
That's part of the reason why I'm even writing this blog.
Today I've been trying to do some stuff
, from a server to share files from my BlackBerry
, to making this website work fine with gitpages.
I'm always looking out to create simple solutions to maybe not so simple problems
, and that's where I've been getting most of my current motivation.
It's not the same to try and create some overly complicated project
(like my reimplementation of Yume Nikki from scratch)
to just making and finishing something small that works well for my needs.
I don't know what direction to take with this blog
, this is all pretty new to me.
Honestly I've never enjoyed writing
, but doing it on a computer makes it more bearable.
Just making small projects and talking about them is fun
, and you never know which one could go on to have a new life of its own.
A couple of months ago I was working almost daily on my Street Fighter 3rd Strike port for the PSP
, that has been one of my favorite projects to work on
, and it has made me so happy to see people actually playing something I started doing just for myself.
So if you're looking for motivation to do stuff
, just start by looking for things in your life that could be better even if just slightly.
You never know which new project could be a total game changer.
